Phoenix is an iridescent chameleon that shifts orange, blue, and gold.
Approved for Eye and Lip use.
TIPS: Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Try using a setting spray to wet your brush, or use a glitter primer before applying for a more intense finish.
Iridescent Chameleons appear white in the pan but they shift colors depending on the lighting and angle.

SO intensely shiny and shifty, incredible as a one-and-done with a red liner or as part of a more complex look. Definitely a stand-out shade from TM's collection. Excelent formula.
I used Phoenix as a corner shade then I layered it ontop of Quasar and serpens. So that's the gold you see peaking through. I did use shattered stars as the first layer but I'm not sure if it really ended up showing through in the end. Phoenix is a great shade I highly recommend. Phoenix is the 3rd shade in the swatch picture.
Packing this much punch at this price point just blows my mind. It’s a ray of sunshine, and has that same great TM formula.
