Winter Star is a flakie multichrome eyeshadow that shifts light pink, baby blue with a silvery base.
*Winter Star is best applied using a glitter primer or setting spray.
Approved for Eye use.
TIPS: Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Try using a setting spray to wet your brush, or use a glitter primer before applying for a more intense finish.
