Sea of Stars is a berry duochrome eyeshadow with green, silver and blue shifts.
Pro tip: Apply using a setting spray or on top of a glitter glue for maximum shine.
Approved for Eye and Lip application.
TIPS: Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Try using a setting spray to wet your brush, or use a glitter primer for larger particle mica pigments before applying for a more intense finish.
