Halley's Comet
Halley's Comet is a duo chrome with lots of sparkle that has a bright pink base and a blue shift. Similar to Celestial Petal formula.
This color may stain.
Approved for Eye and Lip application.
TIPS: Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Try using a setting spray to wet your brush, or use a glitter primer for larger particle mica pigments before applying for a more intense finish.
