Cerise Waves is a vibrant, smooth shimmer as close to true red as we could get! 

Cerise Waves is best applied using a glitter primer or setting spray.

Approved for Eye and Lip application.

TIPS: Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Try using a setting spray to wet your brush, or use a glitter primer for larger particle mica pigments before applying for a more intense finish.
