Shire is a medium chartreuse matte.
Approved for Eye and Lip application.
All of our matte shadows and pressed pigments are blended and pressed by hand which means a bit of kick up is expected and they can be soft. Our matte shadows and pressed pigments are easy to blend and pigmented.
We suggest using a primer is used prior to applying our mattes to achieve maximum color payoff and opacity.
