Our neon pressed pigments are not intended for use around the immediate eye area. Neon pigments are approved for body art/nail art, etc. Pressed pigments may stain so please use at your own discretion. If you have sensitive skin, please use your best judgement prior to purchasing.
All of our matte shadows and pressed pigments are blended and pressed by hand which means a bit of kick up is expected and they can be soft. Our matte shadows and pressed pigments are blendable and pigmented.
Use a primer base prior to applying the neon pigment to achieve maximum color payoff and opacity. Try using a “packing” brush when applying.
Fun tip: Try adding a liquid mixing medium/setting spray to use our neon pressed pigments as liners for body art/face painting!
