Terra Borealis is a duochrome shade that shifts colors in the light.
Terra Borealis is one of Terra Moons favorite shades. It is definitely a show stopper.
PRO TIP: Best applied with a mixing medium or damp brush. Terra Borealis has a higher particle size that almost feels like a glitter but not exactly. Using a mixing medium or damp brush will intensify color payout and decrease fall out.

TIPS: Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Try using a setting spray to wet your brush, or use a glitter primer for larger particle mica pigments before applying for a more intense finish.
