Universal Light is a flaky multichrome shadow with a silver base that shifts gold, green with red and orange sparkles.
*Universal Light is best applied using a glitter primer or setting spray.

Cosmic Chameleons are color shifting shadows that change their appearance depending on the lighting and angle. They are hybrid shadows between a vivid metallic and iridescent chameleon. These are best applied with a primer, setting spray or a glitter glue to intensify the shift.
